How it works

How to check your eligibility

Three orderly steps, no pushy calls and no obligation to participate. The review is purely informative.

  1. 01

Fill in the form with your basic information.

Just your name, email and a short message. It takes less than two minutes and does not require any documentation.

  2. 02

You receive information about the projects available in your region.

Our team emails you the details of the active projects in Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca or other cities close to you.

  3. 03

You review the conditions and decide whether to participate — with no commitment.

You study the documentation at your own pace, discuss questions with an advisor and decide calmly. Nothing is signed until you are sure.

Your generation is already asking. Review what is available to you.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before participating

Is Ecumetro a government program?

No. Ecumetro is a private company registered in Ecuador. It is not a government program and it is not affiliated with MIDUVI or any public institution. We act as private facilitators between residents and vetted developers.

What is the minimum entry amount?

The amount varies by project and city, but it is designed to be accessible to middle-income residents. During the free consultation we send you the specific conditions of the project available in your region.

What if I don't want the housing unit at the end?

When the project is completed you can choose to acquire the unit or recover your capital along with the benefits accumulated during construction. The decision is entirely yours.

Does the consultation cost anything?

No. The initial consultation is completely free and with no obligation to continue. Formal documentation is only signed when you decide to participate in a specific project.

Is there a risk of losing capital?

Yes. Like any economic participation, there is risk involved, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the contributed capital. That is why we provide complete documentation and recommend reviewing it calmly before deciding.
