These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ecumetro.com site and the informational services offered by Ecumetro S.A.S. Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Ecumetro S.A.S. is a private company registered in Ecuador that facilitates information about third-party housing projects. Ecumetro is not a construction company, is not a financial entity regulated by the Superintendency of Banks and is not an Ecuadorian State program.
2. Eligibility
The program is oriented to adult individuals with legal residence in Ecuador and aged between 40 and 65 years at the time of consultation. Ecumetro reserves the right to verify this information before sharing project-specific documentation.
3. Scope of the content
The information published on the site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a public offering, personalized financial advice or a promise of returns. Specific projects and their conditions are shared only at the user's request, together with the documentation of the responsible developer.
4. Risks
Any participation in housing projects entails risks, including construction delays, regulatory changes, real estate market risks and the possibility of partial or total loss of the contributed capital. The user acknowledges these risks and declares that any decision to participate is taken after reviewing the project documentation freely and consciously.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, brands, logos and graphic elements of the site are the property of Ecumetro S.A.S. or of third parties that authorized their use. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
6. External links
The site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads). Ecumetro does not control or answer for the content, policies or availability of those external services.
7. Limitation of liability
Ecumetro strives to keep information up-to-date and accurate, but does not guarantee the total absence of typographical errors or occasional outdated content. Under no circumstance will Ecumetro be liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general content of the site without reviewing the official documentation of the corresponding project.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Ecuadorian law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent judges of the Quito canton, Pichincha province, unless the parties agree otherwise.
